摘要
从德国工业4.0、美国工业互联网、日本机器人新战略到中国制造2025战略,各国在政策层面引导工业化与信息化融合发展。随着信息技术发展与生产过程复杂化,企业资源计划、制造执行系统、统计过程控制、自动牵引小车、机器识别等信息化与自动化技术广泛运用于生产过程管理,便于生产过程数据采集及分析,促进实现智能决策。
From German' s Industry 4.0, the United States' Industrial Internet, Japan ' s New Robot strategy to China' s Made in China 2025, all countries are placing great emphasis on integrating industrialization and information technology development. With the development of information technology and the increasing complexity of the production process, information technology and automation technology, such as enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution system, statistical process control ,auto- matic tractor, machine identification, are widely used in the production process management, facilitating the process of data acqui- sition and analysis, advancing the realization of intelligent decision-making.
