摘要
目的:探讨基于PBL的翻转课堂模式在预防医学教学中的应用效果。方法:2014级临床医学专业6班58名学生为对照组,采用LBL教学,7班56名学生为实验组,采用基于PBL的翻转课堂教学。通过测评成绩和问卷调查进行评价分析。结果:测评成绩结果显示实验组学生的综述成绩(23.59±1.55)分、期末成绩(42.48±2.73)分和总评成绩(80.02±8.41)分均高于对照组学生的综述成绩(20.17±2.96)分、期末成绩(38.86±3.27)分和总评成绩(71.96±8.52)分(t=7.127、7.261和10.361,P值均<0.01),实验组学生的综述成绩、期末成绩和总评成绩优良人数分布明显好于对照组(Z=2.665、2.931和5.462,P值均<0.01),调查问卷结果显示76.49%实验组学生认可基于PBL的翻转课堂教学模式。结论:基于PBL的翻转课堂教学模式有助于提高学生自主探究问题和相互协作的能力,提高教学质量。
Objective To study the effect of flipped classroom model on PBL in teaching of Preventive Medicine. Methods 58 cases of students in control group were taught by LBL teaching model. And 56 cases of students in experiment group were taught by flipped classroom model on PBL. All students were evaluated by course examination and questionnaires. Results According to the course examination, students in experimental group obtained higher scores than those in control group in terms of summary, fi- nal and overall test scores (P 〈 0. 01 ). Furthermore, the distribution of students with excellent performances was better in experi- mental group than in control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). The data from questionnaires showed that 76. 49% of students in experimental group accepted the flipped classroom model on PBL. Conclusion The flipped classroom model on PBL can cultivate the students' ability to explorative problems and cooperation and improve the teaching quality.
