摘要
在对全国61所高校503位高校科技工作者进行问卷调查的基础上,全面分析当前我国高校科技团队组建状况和存在的问题,并提出高校科技创新团队改革取向。研究结果表明,目前高校科技工作者对高校科技创新团队组建认知度和满意度较低,但参与高校科技创新团队改革的积极性不高。在当前创新驱动发展的大背景下,高校创新科技团队改革应从制定科学合理的团队考评体系、给予高校科技创新团队充分的自主管理权、打破学科体制壁垒、健全选拔和引进人才机制、优化适应市场的成果转化机制、搭建信息共享平台和科技平台等方面考虑。
This paper analyzes the present situation and problems of science and technology team, and puts forward the reform orientation, based on the questionnaire survey of 503 scientific workers from 61 colleges and universities in China. The result shows that the science and technology workers are not sadsfied with the formation of science and technology innovation teams, and they are not enthusiastic to participate in the reform. In the current context of innovation-driven development, the reform of science and technology innovation team should take the following measures: to formulate a scientific and reasonable evaluation system, to give autonomous management of science and technology team, to break the barrier of the discipline system, to establish and improve the selection and the introduction of talent mechanism, to optimize the market-oriented transformation mechanism, and to set up information sharing platform.
