摘要
通过查阅相关文献,综述天然药物聚乳酸、聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物微球的特点、制备方法及给药途径,展望天然药物微球的发展前景。
This paper reviews the latest progress on preparation,characteristics,and route of administration of natural medicine loaded polylactic acid and poly( lactic-co-glycolic acid) microspheres by means of extensive reading of references. It believes that natural drug loaded microspheres will have good prospects.
