品管圈在医院基建维修管理中的应用

Application of qualily control circle in repair management of capital construction in hospital

目的 探讨品管圈在医院基建维修的应用价值。方法 通过建立品管圈，在降低空调风口霉斑发生率活动主题中，运用品管圈PDCA原则，按原因分析、目标设定、对策拟定、效果评价等步骤组织实施活动。结果 实施品管圈活动后，病房空调风口的霉斑发生率由52％降低至6％，团队的能力得到提高。结论 品管圈在医院基建维修中有应用和椎广价值。

Objectiwe： To explore the application value of quality control eirele in the hospital construction repair. Methods： we organized the aclivilies in reducing incidence ofair conditioning ventilator mildew through the establishment of quality control circle, applying PDCA principle, analyzing cause, setting goal, formulating strategy, evduatingeffect.Results ：By implementation of quality control circle activity, the incidence of ward air conditioning ventilator mildew decreased from 52 % to 6%. The was abililywas improved. Conclusion ：Quality control circle has the value of applicatior and popularization in the hospital infrastructure repair.
