摘要
人力资源管理工作是企业管理的核心。目前,很多企业在管理和运营中,由于人力资源管理观念落后、招聘管理缺陷、绩效管理体制缺陷、薪酬分配不合理等各种原因,人才流失现象较为严重,制约了企业的发展,使企业一步步走向危机。文章通过分析当前我国企业人力资源流失状况,发现企业人力资源流失呈现国有企业流向非国有企业、内地企业流向沿海新型企业、人力资源显性流失与隐性流失并存等特点。
Human resource management is the core of enterprise management. However, in the progress of management and operation, due to all sorts of reasons, including the backward human resource management concepts, defect recruitment management, defect performance management system, unreasonable salary distribution, many enterprises face the problem of serious human resource loss, which restricts the development of the enterprise and make the enterprise fall into the crisis gradually. Through analyzing the situation of human resource loss in our country, we found that human resources tend to flow to the non-state-owned enterprises, coastal new industries, and dominant and recessive loss of human resources both exist.
