耳穴压豆配合护理干预预防痔疮患者术后便秘效果评价

Evaluation of the Effect of Ear Acupoint Pressing With Beans on Prevention of Constipation After Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的分析耳穴压豆配合护理干预在预防痔疮术后便秘的效果。方法选择我院2016年5—7月收治的痔疮需手术患者108例为研究对象,随机分组为实验组、对照组,各54例患者,其中对照组给予常规护理,实验组加用耳穴压豆护理,对比两组便秘情况。结果实验组患者便秘控制总有效率为88.89%,高于对照组53.70%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者护理满意度为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆配合护理干预在痔疮患者术后便秘的预防中效果明显,并可提高患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the effect of auricular point and bean combined nursing intervention in preventing constipation after hemorrhoid surgery. Methods 108 cases of patients as the research object to our hospital from May to July 2016 from hemorrhoids, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each 54 cases, the control group received routine nursing care, the experimental group added nursing ear pressure beans, compared two groups of constipation. Results The total effective rate of constipation control in the experimental group was 88.89%, higher than that in the control group 53.70%, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05; The satisfaction degree of nursing in the experimental group was 95.35%, higher than 79.07% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point pressing and bean matching nursing intervention has an obvious effect on constipation prevention after hemorrhoid surgery, and can improve patient satisfaction.
