责任护士参与医生查房对提高护理质量的影响

Study of Relationship between Duty Nurse Participation of Doctor Ward Rounds and Nursing Care Quality

目的探讨责任护士参与医生查房对提高护理质量的效果。方法将25名医生与30名护士随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组责任护士参与医生查房,对照组责任护士不参与医生查房。采用护理质量及护理满意度量表进行回顾性分析,比较研究组与对照组的护理质量与医护满意度的评价。结果研究组的护理质量及护理满意度均显著高于对照组。结论责任护士参与医生查房工作可提高护理质量。

Objectives To examine the relation between duty nurses participation of ward rounds and nursing care quality.Methods A total of25 doctors and 30 nurses were included in the present study.We further randomly divided them into two groups.Duty nurses in the first group participated in routine ward rounds,while the second group did not.We used the nursing care quality and nursing care satisfaction scales to measure nursing care quality.Results The nursing care quality and nursing satisfaction of the first group significantly higher than the second group.Conclusions Duty nurses participation in routine ward rounds was associated with higher nursing care quality.
