摘要
[目的]建立一种正相高效液相色谱法,用于氟丙菊酯异构体含量的分析。[方法]采用Phenomenex Hyperclone色谱柱,波长选为235 nm,应用正己烷-四氢呋喃(体积比为98.5∶1.5)作为流动相进行分离,测定氟丙菊酯异构体含量。[结果]该方法可以很好地分离氟丙菊酯手性异构体,方法精密度在0.45%~0.92%之间,加标回收率在99.3%~100.6%之间。[结论]该方法可以用于氟丙菊酯原药中异构体的定量分析。
[Aims] A NP-HPLC method for quantitative analysis of acrinathrin isomer was established. [Methods] The chromatographic separation was carried out with Phenomenex Hyperclone column as the fixed phase and with the mixture of n-hexane and tetrahydrofuran(98.5∶1.5, by vol) as the mobile phase at 235 nm. [Results] The method can be used to separate the chiral isomers of acrinathrin. The precision of the method was in the range of 0.45 to 0.92%, and the recoveries were in the range of 99.3 to 100.6%. [Conclusions] The method can be applied to the quality control of acrinathrin TC.
