摘要
针对山西电网现行市场交易机制与当前电网运行方式的矛盾,介绍了根据山西电网运行特性制定的供热及非供热电量分解交易方案。从总电量上限和月度电量上限对方案特性进行了分析,并通过历史数据测算验证了该方案的有效性和可行性。
To solve the contradiction between the current market trading mechanism and the operation mode of Shanxi power grid, this paper introduces the scheme for heating and non-heating power decomposition transaction based on the operation characteristics of Shanxi power grid. By analyzing the scheme characteristics from the maximum limit of the total power and the maximum limit of monthly power, it verifies the validity and feasibility of the scheme through historical data calculation.
