多元化护理干预对心肌梗死患者治疗依从性及预后的影响

A study on effect of pluralistic nursing intervention on compliance and prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction

目的研究多元化护理干预对心肌梗死患者治疗依从性及预后的影响。方法将100例心肌梗死患者按不同年份分为对照组及干预组,每组50例。2013年出院的患者为对照组,实施传统的常规护理,2014年出院的患者为干预组,开展多元化护理干预。出院随访1年,建立长期随访监督制度,指导患者利于健康的生活方式,比较干预期间坚持服药率和心血管事件发生率。结果干预组的护理干预提高了心肌梗死患者的治疗依从性,各种心脑血管事件的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多元化护理干预可提高心肌梗死患者依从性,改善预后,为心梗患者的护理提供了新思路。

Objective To study the effect of the pluralistic nursing intervention on the compliance and prognosis of pa-tients with myocardial infarction.Methods According to different years,100 patients with acute myocardial infarction were divided into control group and intervention gi, oup,with 50 cases in each group.Patients who discharged in 2013 were selected as the control group, and they were given traditional routine care,and those discharged in 2014 as the intervention group, giv- en pluralistic nursing intervention.All patients were followed up for 1 year,and long term follow-up supervision system was es-tablished to guide patients to develop a healthy lifestyle.In addition,medication adherence rate and incidence of cardiovascular events during intervention were compared between the two groups.Results In the intervention group,nursing intervention in-creased treatment compliance,and the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events was significantly lower than that of the control group,so difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0 .0 5 ） . Conclusion Pluralistic intervention can improve treatment compliance of patients with myocardial infarction,and improve prognosis,which provides a new idea for the nursing care of the patients.
