摘要 为研究试验机工作过程中主轴系统的动态特性,应用三维软件Unigraphics建立试验机主轴系统模型。首先,将轴承支承刚度等效为弹簧刚度,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对主轴系统进行模态分析;然后,针对离心力的影响,对主轴系统进行预应力模态分析,对比分析可知,考虑预应力后,轴系的固有频率均有所下降;最后,通过有限元分析绘制出Campbell图并对轴系临界转速进行理论计算,结果表明2种方法获得的临界转速均满足轴系15 000 r/min的设计要求。 In order to study dynamic characteristics of spindle system of tester during operating process,the model for spindle system of tester is established by three-dimensional software Unigraphics. Firstly,the modal analysis of spindle system is carried out by using ANSYS Workbench,in which the support stiffness of bearings is equivalent to spring stiffness. Then,the pre-stressed modal analysis of spindle system is carried out according to influence of centrifugal force.The comparative analysis shows that the natural frequency of shafting is generally decreased considering effect of pre-stress. Finally,the Campbell chart is drawn through finite element analysis and the critical speed of shafting is theoretically calculated. The results show that the critical speeds obtained by two methods can meet design requirements of 15 000 r/min.
