A Brief Introduction of City Folklore Study in South Korean

工业化促进了城市的出现,同时也促使了农村的生产、生活方式发生巨大变化。植根于农业的传统民俗如何在城市中得以继承与发展,是摆在各国民俗学学者面前的问题。韩国城市民俗学的出现,就是在城市化进程中民俗学发展的新阶段。本文将就城市民俗学的起源、韩国城市民俗学的形成与研究现状进行简单介绍。

As we all know, the industrialization promoted the development of city, thus , at the same time led to huge changes in the way of rural production and living. The inherence and development of folklore, which is rooted deeply in traditional agriculture, has become a problem faced by folklore scholars from all over the world. The emergence of the South Korean city folklore is a new stage of folklore study in the process of urbanization. This article will give a brief introduction about the origin and the formation of South Korean city folklore, and try to give a research review of it.
