摘要
设计制作了3块叠合面内设有不同人工缺陷的钢筋混凝土叠合板试件,并采用相控阵超声成像法对各试件缺陷进行了检测。结果表明,相控阵超声成像技术能够通过对缺陷成像的方式准确检测新旧混凝土结合面的孔洞、浮土等缺陷,可为装配式混凝土结构中应用较多的叠合构件检测提供技术支撑。
Three reinforced concrete laminated slabs with various man-made defects were designed and prepared, and these defects of specimens were inspected with phased array ultrasonic imaging method. Inspection results showed that phased array ultrasonic imaging technology can accurately detect the defects like holes and soil on the bond interface between new and old concrete by imaging these defects, and provided technical reference for the inspection of composite members, which were often employed in precast concrete structures.
