摘要 随着普通本科高等学校向应用技术型转型,如何修订符合应用型本科专业要求的人才培养方案成为各高校教育工作者需要思考的问题。本文以上海应用技术大学化学工程与工艺专业的转型为例,分析了人才培养方案及课程设置方面存在的问题,明确了该专业应用技术型本科人才的培养目标及职业岗位定位。我们通过修订人才培养方案、优化课程设置及完善双证融通特色教学,探索了应用技术型本科人才培养模式,并对未来的人才培养模式进行了展望。 Many domestic colleges and universities grented technology type. However, how to amend theaduculally transformed their majors into application-oritivating mode of talents to meet the requirementsof the maior? It becomes a problem of the educators in colleges and universities. In this paper, we takethe transformation of Chemical Engineering and Technology major in Shanghai Institute of Technology asan example, analyze the issues on cultivating method of talents and curriculum as well as to explicit targets and localization of career's post of application-oriented technology undergraduate talents in this major. During the transformation process, we explored the cultivating mode of undergraduate major talentsof application-oriented technology through amending the cultivating method of talents, optimizing thecurriculum and completing the double-certificates feature teaching. The cultivating mode of talents in thefuture is also prospected.
