摘要
目的分析并观察阴道镜下宫颈活检和宫颈环形电切术后病理检查对宫颈病变的诊断效果与价值。方法该研究中将该院自2015年1月—2016年12月期间妇产科收治宫颈病变患者共190例作为研究对象,对患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。对比阴道镜下宫颈活检与宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果,并对两种诊断方法以及联合诊断下对各类宫颈病变的诊断符合率进行对比观察。结果两种方法病理检查结果的总符合率为65.26%(124/190)。阴道镜下宫颈活检诊断总符合率为80.53%(153/190),宫颈环形电切术后病理检查结果诊断总符合率为82.63%(157/190),联合诊断总符合率为100.00%(190/190)。联合诊断总符合率显著高于其他诊断方法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜下宫颈活检和宫颈环形电切术后病理检查均是诊断宫颈病变的常见方法,单用阴道镜下宫颈活检可能导致微小浸润癌漏诊,将两种诊断方法联合应用可显著提高对宫颈病变的诊断准确性。
Objective This p ap er tries to analyze and observe the pathological diagnosis and value of cervical biopsy under colposcopy and cervical loop electrosurgical excision procedure. Methods 190 cases of cervical lesions in obstet-rics and gynecology department from January 2015 to December 2016 in this hospital were selected and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. The pathological findings of colposcopy with cervical biopsy and loop electrosurgical excision procedure and the diagnostic accuracy of these two diagnostic methods and the coincidence rate of cervical le-sions by the combined diagnosis were analyzed and compared. Results The overall coincidence rate of the two methods was 65.26% (124/190), the total coincidence rate of colposcopic diagnosis of cervical biopsy was 80.53% (153/190), the diagnostic coincidence rate of cervical conization pathological was 82.63%(157/190), and the total coincidence rate of the combined diagnosis was 100.00%(190/190). The overall coincidence rate of combined diagnosis was significantly higher than other diagnostic methods (P〈0.05), there was statistically significant difference. Conclusion Cervical biopsy and loop electrosurgical excision are common methods in the diagnosis of cervical lesions, while only adopting cervical biopsy may lead to misdiagnosis of microinvasive carcinoma, and the combined applicat ion of two diagnostic methods can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of cervical lesions.
