刍议提高企业党员干部政治素养的重要性及策略

Discussion on the Importance and Strategy of Improving the Political Quality of Enterprise Party Members and Cadres

随着经济社会的不断发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,一个企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中取得优势地位,一方面要不断加强企业管理方面的能力,另一方面要不断提高企业员工的政治素养,尤其是企业内部的党员干部,因为党员干部肩负着企业发展的重任,其自身的政治素养对于企业的发展具有深远影响。论文将对企业党员干部的思想政治素养及水平现状进行分析研究,并提出几点建设性意见。

Abstract Withthecontinuousdevelopmentofeconomyandsociety,competitionamongenterprises isbecomingmore and more fierce . In order to gain a dominant position in the fierce market competitionan , on the one hand , enterprise should continue to strengthen the ability of enterprise management, onthe otherhand , it is necessaryto continuously improve the employee＇s political literacy , especiallythe partymembers and cadres in the enterprise , because the party members and cadres to shoulder the burden of enterprise development, and their own political quality has far-reaching influence onthe development of enterprises . This study analyzes the current situation of ideological and political quality and level of partymembers and cadres ofthe enterprise , and puts forward some constructive suggestions .
