摘要
随着经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,食品安全问题逐渐成为了人们关注的焦点。在高校开展食品安全学教育教学过程中,思政教育是提升食品专业学生道德素质的有效途径之一。该文基于食品专业学生的特点,初步探索了食品安全学课程中思政教育的设计。
With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, food safety has become the focus of people's attention. In the course of teaching food safety in colleges, ideological and political education is one of the effective ways to improve the moral quality of food professional students. Based on the characteristics of these students, this paper explores the design of ideological and political education in the course of food safety.
