活络效灵无糖颗粒的制备工艺研究

Studies on the Preparation Technology of Sugar Free Huoluo Xiaoling Granules

目的确定活络效灵无糖颗粒的制备工艺。方法采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取当归、乳香和没药三味药材中的挥发油;采用正交试验法,优选挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的最佳包合条件和丹参等药材的最佳醇提条件。结果药材的提取工艺为:按比例称取当归、乳香和没药三味药材,加12倍量水,浸泡5h后加热提取8 h,收集挥发油;水提液过滤、浓缩、干燥(60℃)后备用;药渣与丹参一起加5倍量30%乙醇提取3次,每次1.5 h;包合条件为1 ml挥发油用9 gβ-环糊精进行包合,纯化水用量为80 ml,搅拌时间为4 h。成型工艺为药物:淀粉:糊精=1.5:1:0.5,润滑剂(滑石粉)用量为2.0%,润湿剂选择95%的乙醇,矫味剂选择0.5%的阿斯巴甜。结论选择的活络效灵无糖颗粒制备工艺合理、可行。

Objective To determine the preparation process of Sugar free Huoluo Xiaoling Granules. Methods Volatile oil of angelica,frankincense and myrrh was extracted by water steam distillation. By orthogonal test, the optimal conditions of volatile oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound and the best ethanol extraction conditions of medicinal herbs such as Salvia miltiorrhiza were optimized. Results The extraction technology for medicinal materials： according to the proportion of said .take angelica, frankincense, and myrrh three herbs, adding 12 times amount of water, soaking 5 h, heating extraction for 8 h,： collecting volatile oil; water extraction liquid was filtered, concentrated, dried （60℃） back-up. The medicine residue after oil extraction and Salvia miltiorrhiza with 5 times the amount of 30% ethanol reflux extraction 3 times, each time 1.5 h. The inclusion conditions were： lml volatile oil to form inclusion compound required 9 g of β-cyclodextrin and 80 ml purified water, stirring 4 h. The forming process was： drug-starch-dextrin =1.5 ： 1 ： 0.5, lubricant （Talc） dosage was 2%, wetting agent was 95% ethanol, correctant 0.5% aspartame. Conclusion The preparation process of sugar free Huoluo Xiaoling granules was reasonable and feasible.
