摘要 近年来,随着我国煤矿科技的发展,各矿井煤矿开采的机械化水平越来越高,所用的机械设备不断增多。而我国煤矿开采多以井工开采为主,生产条件恶劣,作业环境复杂,时常引发资源浪费、环境污染以及安全事故等问题。为促进煤矿开采的可持续发展,将环境保护、资源节约、劳动保护等现代设计理念充分融入到煤机产品设计与制造中,研究了煤矿机械的绿色设计与绿色制造技术,以供同行参考。 In recent years, with the development of coal mine science and technology in China, the mechanization level of coal mining is more and more high. However, most of the coal mining in our country is based on the well drilling, the production conditions are bad, and the working environment is complex, which often leads to resources waste, environmental pollution and safety accidents. In order to promote the sustainable development of coal mining, should bring the environmental protection and resource conservation, labor protection and other modern design concept is fully integrated into the design and manufacture of coal products, in this regard, this paper studies the technology of green design and manufacture of coal mine machinery, to provide the reference for colleague.
