一种泡沫型苯扎氯铵手消毒剂杀菌效果及毒性观察

Study on germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a foaming benzalkonium chloride hand disinfectant

目的观察一种泡沫型苯扎氯铵手消毒剂的杀菌效果及评价其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验、现场试验和动物试验方法,对该消毒剂的杀菌效果和毒性进行研究。结果该手消毒剂原液含苯扎氯铵1.35 g/L,p H值3.31;以该手消毒剂作用0.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌杀灭对数值>4.00;对手上自然菌作用1.0 min的杀灭对数值平均值为1.65;该手消毒剂密封储存于37℃恒温恒湿箱内90 d后,苯扎氯铵含量下降率为2.96%;其原液急性经口毒性LD50>5 000 mg/(kg·bw),对家兔皮肤无刺激性,小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性。结论该泡沫型苯扎氯铵手消毒剂具有良好的杀菌效果与稳定性,属于实际无毒级、无致突变作用、无刺激性的消毒剂。

Objective To observe the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of a foaming hand disinfectant containing benzalkonium chloride. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test,field disinfection test and animal experimental were used to study the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of the hand disinfectant. Results The hand disinfectant contains benzalkonium chloride 1. 35 g/L,pH was 3. 31. Exposed to the disinfectant for 0. 5 min,the killing logarithm value of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were both above 5. 00,of Candida albicans was above 4. 00. The killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria on hands was 1. 65 after wiping disinfection with the hand disinfectant for 1. 0 min. The concentration of benzalkonium chloride declined 2. 96% after the hand disinfectant being kept in 37 ℃ for 90 d. The mouse acute oral LD（50） of the hand disinfectant was above 5 000 mg/（ kg·bw） and mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus test was negative,moreover it was not irritate to rabbit skin. Conclusion The foaming benzalkonium chloride hand disinfectant has good germicidal efficacy and good stability,belonged to actual non-toxic,no mutagenic effect and no irritation disinfectant.
