摘要
针对工程技术类高层次创新型科技人才开展深度访谈,结合胜任力模型基本理论,设计并检验调查量表,构建了含6个一级指标、16个二级指标和47个三级指标的评价体系,为工程技术类高层次创新型科技人才的引进、培养和管理提供了科学依据。
High-level innovative talents in engineering technologyareone of the important parts in the construction of long-term talent team in China. The evaluation index system of six first-level indexes, sixteen second-level indexes, forty-seven third-level indexes is constructed by carrying out in-depth interviews with high-level innovative technology talents and combining with thecompetency model to design and test the survey scale in order to provide a scientific basis for introduction and training and management of high-level innovative technology talents in engineering technology.
