摘要
文章将地区环境规制与行业出口纳入环境与贸易的框架中,分析环境规制对出口的影响。结果表明,环境规制对行业出口有着推动作用,通过行业分样本回归发现,环境规制能够促进清洁行业出口,而对于污染性行业出口并无显著影响。人均GDP与污染性行业的出口呈现U型关系,科技水平更高、外资占比更大的行业也将出口更多。
Two major pollutants reduction mandates in 11th Five-Year Plan provide relatively exogenous comparable environmental regulation indicators for our studies. We analyze the impact of environmental regulation on export in the framework of environment and trade. The results show that environmental regulations have a positive effect on export. The empirical results of sub-samples by industries reveal that environmental regulations accelerate the export of cleaning industries, but this is not the case for polluting industries. The relationship between GDP per capita and the export of polluting industries appears an U shape, and industries with high-level technology and high proportion of foreign capital will also export more.
