草酸艾司西酞普兰联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症合并高血压的疗效与安全性分析

Efficacy and Safety of Escitalopram Oxalate Combined With Quetiapine in the Treatment of Depression Associated With Hypertension

目的探讨草酸艾司西酞普兰片联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症合并高血压的疗效与安全性。方法以我院84例脑抑郁症合并高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(42例,给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片联合喹硫平片治疗)和对照组(42例,给予草酸艾司西酞普兰片治疗),治疗前后观察两组患者24 h动态血压、抑郁状态,并评价用药安全性。结果治疗后,两组患者24 h SBP、24 h DBP水平及HAMD评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论草酸艾司西酞普兰片联合喹硫平片治疗抑郁症合并高血压能够明显改善患者血压水平及抑郁状态,且安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with quetiapine in the treatment of depression associated with hypertension.Methods 84 cases of cerebral depression complicated with hypertension in our hospital,they were randomly divided into the observation group（42 cases,treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with quetiapine） and control group（42 cases,treated with escitalopram oxalate tablets）,24 hours dynamic blood pressure and depression status of two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the safety of medication was evaluated.Results After treatment,the 24 h SBP,24 h DBP levels and HAMD scores of the two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Escitalopram oxalate tablets combined with quetiapine in the treatment of depression and hypertension can significantly improve blood pressure and depression in patients with high safety.
