The ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative is not only about economy and trade, but also concerning culture and friendship. Cultural exchange is the most effective and popular bridge to realize people-to-people exchanges. The Ministry of Culture promotes the cultural exchanges and people-to-people exchanges and realizes common development among countries along the ＂Belt and Road＂ from four perspectives.
