摘要
在长材生产过程中飞剪起到切头、切尾或倍尺剪切的作用,飞剪剪切长度的准确性和稳定性影响到成品的成材率。详细介绍了在GE90-30飞剪中,高速计数器模块APU300对轧制物料剪切长度控制过程。通过对内部的计数器和寄存器进行设置,配合PLC内程序逻辑,实现对剪切长度的控制和优化。根据现场实际情况,对PLC内程序进行编写可以灵活地完成剪切长度的准确测量,便于精准稳定地剪切。
The flying shear has the function of cutting head,cutting tail or double length shearing in the process of long products production,so the accuracy and stability of shearing length affect the yield of finished products. This paper introduces the control process of cutting length by HSC APU300 of GE90-30 flying shear in detail. The control and optimization of shearing length is achieved through the setting of internal counter and register and PLC internal program logic. The PLC internal program is written according to the actual situation,which can flexibly measure the shearing length,so the shear can be cut accurately and stably.
