摘要
在《公路桥梁和隧道工程施工安全风险评估指南(试行)》的指标体系法的基础上,对隧道的施工总体风险评估方法进行了优化研究,提出了修正指标体系法和专家调查法。修正后的指标体系法对五大类评估指标重新进行了分类,新增了对隧道风险等级有影响的多项客观因素,弥补了原评估方法对客观因素考虑的不足;并通过专家调查法弥补了前述两种方法均未考虑施工设计方案和施工技术水平在降低安全风险水平方面的弊漏。经实体工程验证,优化方法更加适用于公路隧道施工总体风险评估工作。
Based on highway bridge and tunnel engineering construction safety risk assessment guide (try out) index system method, the overall risk assessment method on the tunnel construction was optimized, the fixed index system method and expert investigation method were proposed as in optimization evaluation methods. Five types of e- valuation index were classified again in revisedversion of index system method, a number of objective factors affecting tunnel risk ratings were added, and deficiencies of the original evaluation method for objective reasons were made up ; Through the expert investigation method, the deficiencies for not considering construction design and construction technical level in reducing the role of the security risk level in foregoing two methods. The overall optimization method was prooved more suitable for highway tunnel construction risk assessment work by practical engineering.
