中药熏洗对痔疮术后康复作用的系统评价

A Systematic Review on Herb Fumigation for Hemorrhoidectomy Rehabilitation

目的系统评价中药熏洗对痔疮术后康复作用的临床疗效和安全性。方法运用Cochrane系统评价方法,计算机检索中国知网、维普、万方和CBM等数据库,纳入随机对照试验,经过文献筛选和评价质量后提取有效数据进行Meta分析。结果共纳入24个RCTs合计2735名患者。Meta分析结果显示,中药熏洗对痔疮术后康复作用在总有效率[OR=4.22,95%CI(3.22,5.52)],治愈率[OR=3.07,95%CI(2.04,4.63)],水肿消失时间[MD=-3.55,95%CI(-4.29,-2.81)],出血消失时间[MD=-3.16,95%CI(-3.60,-2.72)]等指标上均优于常规药物治疗,其差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且不良反应少。结论中药熏洗对痔疮术后康复作用的临床疗效优于常规药物治疗。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of herb fumigation for hemorrhoidectomy rehabilitation. Methods With methods of system evaluation provided by Cochrane Library,databases as CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM were searched,and then randomized controlled trials were collected. After carefully screening the trails and assessing the quality of RCTs,data of the included were extracted to perform Meta analyses. Results Twenty-four articles involving with 2735 patients were included. The results of meta-analysis showed that herb fumigation was superior to the regular treatment in improving clinical comprehensive efficacy,including total effective rate[OR = 4. 22,95% CI（3. 22,5. 52） ]and cure rate[OR = 3. 07,95% CI（2. 04,4. 63） ],edema disappearing time[MD =-3. 55,95%CI（-4. 29,-2. 81） ],bleeding disappearing time [MD =-3. 16,95% CI（-3. 60,-2. 72） ]. There were significant differences in the above evaluation indexes between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Besides,few adverse reactions were found in the treatment group. Conclusion Herb fumigation is superior to the regular treatment for hemorrhoidectomy rehabilitation.
