摘要
为了解决煤矿井下设备的备用电源在使用一段时间后电池供电时间缩短,以及无法实现远程监控备用电源工作状态及电池电量显示的问题,通过对锂离子蓄电池的防爆技术和特性进行深入研究,采用软硬件相结合的方式进行全新设计,提出了集中式、长时间供电的新思路,将锂电池配组技术、充放电管理技术、均衡技术与隔爆技术、通信总线技术等融为一体,研究出了一款煤矿井下隔爆型备用电源。研究表明,该设备负载最大功率达到600W,且具有电池体积小、容量密度高、安全性好等特点,可为井下设备提供可靠的延时供电保障。该产品已广泛运用在煤矿现场,研究结果表明,产品运行可靠,远程管理方便,减少了维护工作量。
Based on shortening battery power time after using standby power supply for underground equipment in a short period, as well as unrealized remote monitoring of standby power supply status and display of the battery power, a new idea of centralized and long time power supply was put forward through research of explosion proof technology and characteristics of lithium ion batteries with new design of combination of hardware and software. A new type of flameproof standby power supply in coal mine was excogitated with combination of lithium battery distribution technology, charging and discharging management technology, equalization technology and flameproof technology, communication bus technology etc. The research showed that maximum load power of this equipment could reach up to 600W with features of small volume, high capacity density and good security, which could provide reliable delayed power supply protection for downhole equipment.The product had been widely used in coal mine field. The research results showed that the product operated reliably, remote management was convenient, and maintenance workload was reduced.
