摘要
精准扶贫是国家为加快贫困地区经济社会发展,促进共同富裕,实现到2020年全面建成小康社会目标的农村扶贫开发的重要举措,通过精准识别、精准帮扶、精准考核和监督措施对农村脱贫工作进行部署。农民脱贫不仅是物质上的脱贫更是精神上的脱贫,需要发挥农村职业教育"扶贫先扶智,扶智靠教育"的帮扶理念及措施。发挥精准扶贫对农村职业教育发展的推动作用,全面分析精准扶贫在农村职业教育发展中存在的不足,避免精准扶贫成为农村职业教育发展的口号,加强精准扶贫对边疆民族地区农村职业教育发展的推动性和创造性,是边疆民族地区农村职业教育发展的新路径,也是我国农村职业教育发展的新突破。
