无痛分娩技术在产科临床中的应用分析

目的分析产科临床中应用无痛分娩技术的临床效果。方法选取我院产科2016年1—12月收治的128例孕产妇作为研究对象。按照随机抽签法,将其随机分为观察组(64例,采用无痛分娩技术)和对照组(64例,采用常规阴道分娩),对比两组孕产妇镇痛效果、产程时间等情况。结果观察组孕产妇镇痛总有效率为93.8%,高于对照组的62.5%。观察组孕产妇产程时间为(7.1±1.3)h,短于对照组的(9.1±4.8)h,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论产科临床中应用无痛分娩技术可取得良好的镇痛效果,有效缓解患者疼痛,缩短产程。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of painless delivery technique in obstetrics clinic. Methods 128 cases of pregnant women in obstetrics department in our hospital from January to December 2016 were randomly randomly divided into observation group （64 cases, painless childbirth technology） and control group （64 cases, routine vaginal delivery）, compared two g^oups of maternal analgesia, labor time etc. Results The total effective rate of maternal analgesia in observation group （93.8%） was significantly higher than that in control group （62.5%）. The duration of delivery （7.1±1.3） h in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group （9.1±4.8） h, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Painless delivery technology in obstetric clinic can achieve good analgesic effect, relieve pain and shorten labor stage effectively.
