摘要 借助于微波萃取技术建立了一种日常防护型口罩中环氧乙烷残留量的比色分析方法。使用该方法对环氧乙烷含量在1.0~19.2 g/g内的样品进行测试具有较好的线性关系,线性方程为Y=0.022X-0.003,相关系数R2=0.9998,检出限为0.6 g/g,在环氧乙烷浓度为4.9 g/g时的平均回收率为87.7%,相对标准偏为4.3%。以上结果表明该方法操作简单,检出限低、测试结果准确,能够满足GB/T 32610-2016《日常防护型口罩技术规范》中环氧乙烷残留量的限量要求。 With microwave-assisted extraction technique, a colorimetric method was developed for the deter-mination of ethylene oxide in daily protective mask. A good linear relationship was shown while the concen-tration of ethylene oxide was between 1.0 to 19.2μg/g. The linear equation was Y=0.022X-0.003 with the linear correlation coefficients (R^2) 0.9998 and the limit of detection 0.6μg/g. The average recovery rate at 4.9μg/g was 87.7 % and the relative standard deviation was 4.3%. In conclusion, this method is simple to use with low limit of detection and precise testing result, and satisfies the detective demand of ethylene oxide in GB/T 32610-2016 “technical specification of daily protective mask”.
