现代妇科名中医辨治输卵管阻塞性不孕经验初探

Preliminary Study on the Experiences of Modern Famous TCM Gynecological Experts in the Treatment of Oviduct Obstructive Infertilitys

不孕症是临床常见病、疑难病之一,报道显示输卵管性因素占不孕因素的1/3左右。现当代妇科之成就多融合现代医学之内容,研究、继承现当代妇科名家的学术思想和诊疗经验,不仅具有重要的理论价值,更切合当代临床之实用而具有现实意义。文章从病名、主要病机、治法特点、方药特色等方面初步总结探讨了班秀文等专家辨治输卵管阻塞性不孕症经验,分析了不同医家临床应用疏肝养血、解郁导滞,理气化瘀、活血通络,清热祛湿、化瘀通络,温养软坚、通管助孕,育肾通络、分期辨治等法则治疗本病的特色。通过此研究,以期为提高临床治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕临床疗效提供一定的思路与借鉴。

Infertility is one of the common and intractable diseases in clinic. It is reported that about 1/3 of the cases caused by oviduct obstruction. The modern gynecology integrates the knowledge of modern medicine,the academic thoughts and clinical experiences of the famous experts. It is not only valuable for the theoretic research,but also significant in clinical practice. In the paper,in light of the name of disease,pathogenesis,the characteristics of therapeutic methods and application of medicines,the experiences of the experts,such as Ban Xiuwen,were summarized and explored in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility.The characteristics of different treating principles were analyzed,such as smoothing liver qi and nourishing blood,removing qi stagnation,regulating qi circulation to remove stasis,activating blood circulation in meridians,clearing heat and removing damp,resolving stasis in collaterals,softening masses,removing obstruction to promote pregnancy,nourishing the kidney and staging treatment. The purpose of the study is to provide the approaches and reference to the treatment of the disease and improving the clinical therapeutic effects.
