摘要
资金是支持学生成长的"血液",基金则是学生资金聚集流动的通常形式。学校与学生存在交易、监护、投资等三重关系,这为将传统高校"捐来捐去"型基金优化为"投来投去"型基金提供了基础。投资型高校基金有利于寻找到学生培养的创新机制,不仅对教育效率的提升、"双创"人才的培养、教育产业的国际化,而且对于布局中国产业网链都有重大意义。构造高校基金逻辑演化的序列,有助于找到高校基金模式改革的方向。
Money is the ＂blood＂ that supports the growth of students, and the fund is the general way for accumulation and flow of student＇ s money. There exist three relations between schools and students： trading, custody and investment, which provide the basis for traditional universities and colleges optimizing fund type from the ＂donation style＂ to the ＂investment style＂. It is helpful for universities and colleges in ＂investment style＂ to find the innovative mechanism for culturing students. It has a great significance not only in improving education efficiency, fostering ＂innovation and entrepreneurship＂ talents, globalizing education industry, but also distributing China industry network chain. Constructing logical evolution sequence for fund of universities and colleges helps find the reform direction of fund mode.
