摘要 针对整车线束设计中复杂的匹配校验过程,提出了基于模型的线束匹配优化设计方法.利用PREEvision软件作为辅助开发工具,建立线束的保险丝、导线、用电器部件的校验数据库,建立电气回路的系统模型.通过分析线束匹配校验原理,搭建汽车线束匹配校验的系统模型.利用线束匹配的校验实例,验证该方法的可行性.与传统的线束匹配校验方法相比,模型的可追溯性与复用性,不仅能保证结果的准确性,也提高了匹配校验的效率. To overcome the complicated matching verification process in the vehicle harness design, a harness matching optimization method based on the model was proposed. The PREEvision was used to establish the calibration database of fuse, wire and electrical parts and build the model of electrical circuit system as an auxiliary tool. The matching model of vehicle harness was set up by analyzing the principle of harness matching. The feasibility of the method was verified by the verification example of harness matching. Compared with the traditional method of harness matching, the model is trace- able and reusable to ensure the accuracy of results and improve the efficiency of matching verification process.
