住院患者对护理人文关怀需求的调查与研究

Investigation and research on the demand for humanistic care in hospital patients

目的通过调查与分析,了解住院患者对护理人文关怀需求的情况,探讨能满足住院患者护理人文关怀需求的有效途径,为医院进一步开展护理人文关怀活动提供一些科学的依据和看法。方法查阅相关文献并进行实验设计问卷,对调查的结果进行科学描述与分析。结果住院患者的需求排在前四位的分别是住院的基本需求,护理关怀照顾需求,心理、社会支持以及健康教育的需求,且不同性别、年龄、学历的患者之间对护理人文关怀的需求,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论住院患者对护理人文关怀的需求较高,因此,医院护理管理者应重视对护士人文关怀能力的培养,从而满足患者对疾病护理与关怀护理的需求。

Objective Through investigation and analysis, to understand the demand for humanistic care of hospitalized patients, to explore effective ways to meet the needs of humanistic care of patients in hospital, and to provide some scientific basis and views for further nursing humanistic care activities in hospitals. Methods The relevant literature and experiment design questionnaire were carried on, the results of the investigation were scientific descripted and analyzed. Results The top four requirements for inpatient care were the basic needs of the hospital, care, care needs, psychological, social support and health education needs. There were no significant differences in the needs of humanistic care among the patients of different genders, ages and educational backgrounds （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion There is a higher demand for humanistic care in hospital patients. Therefore, hospital nursing administrators should pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic care ability of nurses so as to meet the needs of patients for disease care and care.
