摘要 目的探究窒息性脑损伤新生儿神经特异性蛋白S100β的变化及意义。方法选取我院2015年1月~2017年1月儿科收治的窒息性脑损伤新生儿40例为窒息组,根据病情分为轻、中及重度,分别于1、3及7d取外周静脉血液。同期选择正常健康新生儿30例为对照组。比较两组新生儿神经特异性蛋白S100β水平变化情况。结果窒息组患儿生后1d神经特异性蛋白S100β水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。窒息组轻、重度患儿组内1、3及7d神经特异性蛋白S100β水平两两比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。窒息组轻、中、重度患儿生后7d神经特异性蛋白S100β水平两两比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论新生儿血清中神经特异性蛋白S100β水平检查有助于窒息性脑损伤患儿临床诊断及病情判断,为临床治疗提供有效依据,值得推广采用。 Objective To investigate the changes and significance of nerve specific protein S100 beta in neonatal asphyxia brain damage. Methods 40 patients with asphyxia brain injury in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as asphyxia group. The patients were divided into mild, moderate and severe groups according to disease condition. Peripheral venous blood was taken at ld, 3d, and 7d, respectively. 30 healthy newborns were selected as control group at the same time. The levels of nerve specific protein S100 beta in the two groups were compared. Results The level of nerve specific protein S100 β in the asphyxia group was higher than that in the control group 1 day after birth (P 〈 0.05). The levels of nerve specific protein S100 beta in mild and severe children of asphyxia group were significantly different 1, 3 and 7days after birth (P 〈 0.05). The levels of nerve specific protein S100 beta in mild, moderate and severe children of asphyxia group were significantly different 7days after birth (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The detection of the nerve specific protein S100 beta in the serum of newborns is helpful to the clinical diagnosis and the judgment of the disease in children with asphyxia brain injury, and it provides an effective basis for the clinical treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
