摘要 通过对二维码基本原理的研究,借鉴二维码在其他领域的应用效果,探讨了打破传统设备管理方式,将二维码应用于设备管理的方法和途径,并结合实例提出了建设性的研究思路。设备管理融于录井信息化平台和录井物联网平台,实现设备档案电子化、设备信息查询便捷化、井场设备巡检和设备维护保养监督远程化等模式,对提高设备管理水平,降低设备管理成本,提高设备管理效益具有积极的现实意义。二维码设备管理系统,在公司海外项目录井现场进行的试点中,获得了良好效果。 By studying the basic principle of two-dimensional code and drawing lessons from the application of two-dimensional code in other fields,the authors discussed the methods and ways to break the traditional equipment management mode and apply the two-dimensional code to the equipment management,equipment management is integrated into mud logging information platform and mud logging internet of things platform,realizing the computerization of equipment files,the convenience of equipment information inquiry,remote wellsite equipment inspection and equipment maintenance and supervision has positive practical significance to improve equipment management,reduce equipment management cost and improve equipment management benefit.The equipment management system of two-dimensional code has got good results in the company′s overseas project on mud logging site.
