摘要
为提高某铜矿铜精矿品位,通过组合用药确定了新型捕收剂,并通过条件试验确定了新型捕收剂相关工艺参数。采用两次粗选、一次精选、三次扫选的浮选流程,对现场药剂制度及新型捕收剂分别进行了实验室闭路试验,新型捕收剂获得了铜精矿指标为产率1.36%、铜品位为22.16%、铜回收率为87.16%。与现场药剂制度的选别指标相比,铜精矿产率降低了0.05%,铜品位提高了1.35%,铜回收率提高了2.03%。试验结果表明,新型捕收剂有效提高了铜精矿铜品位,有利于降低运输成本。此外,新药剂可降低石灰用量。
In order to improve copper grade of copper concentrate from a copper mine,in this study a new combined collector is determined and related process parameters are determined by condition experiments.The laboratory closed-circuit tests of the industrial agents and new combined collector have been carried out respectively,with flotation process including two stages of roughing,one stage of cleaning,three stages of scavenging.The copper concentrate indexes of new combined collector are as follow: yield 1.36% 、copper grade 22.16% and copper recovery 87.16%.Compared with the indexes of industrial agents,the copper concentrate yield rate is reduced by 0.05%,copper grade is increased by 1.35%,copper recovery is increased by 2.03%.Result showed that the new combined collector is effective to improve the grade of copper concentrate,which is beneficial to reducing transportation cost.Besides,the new combined collector is able to reduce the dosage of lime.
