股骨上皮样血管肉瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者男,35岁,因左大腿疼痛来院就诊。患者无明显诱因出现大腿疼痛,呈持续性轻度隐痛,无放射痛,自觉左侧大腿下段发紧,自服止痛药后无明显缓解。体检：左大腿下段较对侧稍肿胀,可及深压痛,局部皮温无明显增高,无血管怒张及皮肤发红。余未见确切异常。X线表现：左侧股骨中下段溶骨性骨质破坏,大小约13.7 cm×4.5 cm,呈膨胀性生长,其内密度不均,
