目的探讨新型肠镜检查专用裤在结肠镜检查中的应用效果 . 方法 选 择 2 0 1 6年 1 -3 月接受肠镜检查的 1 0 0例 患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各 5 0例,观察组使用新型肠镜检查专用裤,对照组使用传统病员裤.比较两组患者检查过 程中隐私保护情况、翻身随意度、床单位污染例数之间的差异,结果 观察组患者床单位污染率低于对照组;观察组隐私保 护情况、翻身随意度均高于对照组, P〉0. 0 5 ,差异均有统计学意义.结论新型肠镜检查专用裤能有效减少患者身体暴露, 保护患者隐私,增加翻身随意度,减少床单位污染,提高护士及患者满意度.

Objective To investigate the application of new colonoscopy pants in colonoscopy. Methods A total of 100 patients underwent colonoscopy from January 2016 to March 2016 were randomized into the observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with new colonoscopy pants. The control group received tra-ditional patient pants. The protection of privacy, the degree of turning freely, and the amount of polluted bed units of patients were compared between the two groups. Results The pollution of bed units in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P〈0. 05）. The protection of privacy and the degree of turning freely in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The new colonoscopy pant can effectively reduce the patient＇s physical expo-sure to protect the privacy, increase the degree of turning freely and decrease the amount of polluted bed units. It improves nurses and patient satisfaction.
