摘要
基于可形成希夫碱的胺类、肼类、脲类和氨基酸类等四类含氮化合物,本文综述了近年来国内外这四类希夫碱及其衍生物、金属配合物的抗肿瘤活性及机理研究现状,以期为今后抗肿瘤药物的研发提供思路和目标。
Amines,hydrazines,ureas and amino acids,these four nitrogen compounds can form Schiff base and its derivatives. In or-der to illustrate the drug mechanisms and to find out the better antitumor drugs,the advances in the research on the anticancer activ-ities of four Schiff bases,their derivatives and metal complexes were reviewed.
