摘要
采用三乙烯四胺对腈纶进行改性,对改性后的腈纶用蒲黄色素染色,用稀土氯化镧、氯化铈作为媒染剂,探讨了染色温度、pH值、时间、媒染剂和蒲黄用量对改性腈纶染色性能的影响,测试了染色腈纶的K/S值及耐洗性能.结果表明,当蒲黄用量为5%owf、媒染剂质量浓度为0.5 g/L、pH值为4时,温度为90~98℃的条件下较适合蒲黄对改性腈纶的染色,而且稀土作为媒染剂对染色改性腈纶色光的影响较小,耐洗性有所提高.
Triethylene tetra mine was used to modify acrylic fibers,and the modified acrylic fibers are conducted dyeing with Cattail pollen,and lanthanum chloride,cerium chloride as mordant. The effects of dyeing temperature,pH,time and amount of Cattail pollen and mordant on dyeing performance of modified acrylic fiber was researched. The K/S value and washing fastness of dyed acrylic fibers were tested. The results showed that when the Cattail pollen dosage were 5% owf,the optimal dyeing process was pH = 4,mordant was 0. 5 g/L. Dyeing at 90 ~ 98 ℃ for 60 min,rare earth as a mordant has little effect on dyeing modified acrylic light,and washing resistance was increased.
