盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Donepezil Hydrochloride in the Treatment of Senile Dementia

目的探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的临床治疗效果,为以后的临床用药提供一定依据。方法回顾性分析并方便选取该医院神经内科于2016年2月—2017年2月期间收治的114例老年痴呆患者。随机分为对照组及观察组,每组57例。所有患者均接受常规治疗,对照组患者加服吡拉西坦片,观察组患者加服盐酸多奈哌齐片,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率(91.23%)明显高于对照组的(64.92%),两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的智能精神量表(MMSE)评分和生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分与治疗前相比均得到有效改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组患者治疗后的MMSE评分(25.9±1.58)分及ADL评分(29.2±1.3)分改善程度优于对照组病人治疗后的MMSE评分(19.7±1.4)分及ADL评分(21.3±1.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的临床治疗效果较好,值得在以后的临床工作加以应用。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia, and to provide some references for future clinical drug use. Methods 114 cases of senile dementia patients received in this hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were convenient selection and retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 57 cases in each group. All patients were treated with conventional therapy. Patients in the control group were treated with piracetam tablets. The patients in the observation group were treated with donepezil hydrochloride and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 91.23% in the observation group, significantly higher than that in the control group of 64.92%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The MMSE score and the ADL score were significantly improved in both groups, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, the MMSE score was（25.9±1.58）points and ADL score was（29.2±1.3）points in the observation group, better than those of the control group of（19.7±1.4）points and（21.3±1.4）points, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia is better, and it is worth application in the future clinical work.
