摘要
以黏合剂RS为连续相,铝粉和高氯酸铵为固体填料,实现填料质量分数为80%的巧克力型推进剂配方设计与制备。利用差热扫描、高温恒温存储、安全测试手段评价RS及其混合物的热稳定性和相容性,利用流变仪研究混合药浆黏度变化,利用爆热与药棒燃速测试评估巧克力推进剂应用潜力。结果表明:巧克力型推进剂可在90℃以下实现熔融成型,具备可调节的黏度、优良的安全性能和可观的能量潜力,可用于固体推进剂增材制造工艺研究。
Using the binder RS as continucus phase, Al powder and ammonium perchlorate as solid fillers, the design and preparation of the chocolate-type propellant formulation with 80% of filler mass fraction were realized. The thermal stability and compatibility of the RS and its mixture were evaluated by using differential scanning calorimetry, constant high temperature storage and security testing means. The viscosity change of mixed propellant slurry was in- vestigated by using the rheometer, the application potential of the chocolate-type propelIant was tested and evaluated by explosion heat and burning rate of propellant stick. The results show that the chocolate-type propellant can realize the melt molding under 90 ~ and possesses adjustable viscosity, excellent safety performance and considerable energy potential, therefore it can be used in the research for additive manufacturing process of solid propellant.
