摘要 蓝莓的果实中含有丰富的花青素,具有良好的保健功能。随着生活水平的不断提高和对健康营养食品的追求,蓝莓受到越来越多消费者的关注。通过综述蓝莓的营养保健功能和开发利用研究进展,以期为蓝莓的进一步生产和产品开发提供参考。 The blueberry with good health care functions for its rich anthocyanins in fruit. With the continuous improvement of people's living standard and the pursuit of healthy and nutritious food,the blueberry will be paid attention by more and more people. Nutrition and health care functions of blueberry and its development and utilization research progress are summarized.In order to provide reference for further production and product development of blueberry.
