高校辅导员引导学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的SWOT分析

The SWOT Analysis of College Counselors' Guiding Students to Cultivate and Practice the Socialist Core Values

高校辅导员作为大学生大学生活的引路者,在引导学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观上具有专业性、直接性、资源丰富等优点,具有政策优势,但也存在科研不强、理论学习不够、变多元文化冲击等问题。利用SWOT分析方法对高校辅导员引导学生培育和践行社会主义核心价值观进行研究,进而从辅导员的角度提出了辅导员引导和践行社会主义核心价值观的具体策略,期望能更好地提高辅导员思想政治教育的效果。

As the guiders of college students＇ life, college counselors, on one hand, have the advantages of specialty, directness, rich resources and the policy dominance in their guiding students to cultivate and practice the socialist core values; and yet on the other hand, they have the problems with their insufficient scientific research, their weak theoretical basis and their easy multicultural impact. This paper, by using the SWOT analysis method to make an analysis of the practice by college counselors to guide students to cultivate and practice the socialist core values, puts forward the specific strategies suitable for college counselors in their deeds of guiding and practicing students＇ socialist core values in their own shoes in order to better improve counselors＇ effect of ideological and political education.
