麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Acupoint Application of Shexiang Zhuifeng Plaster in the Treatment of Cough after Common Cold

目的观察麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法选取我院2015年2月—2016年6月收治的患者300例,根据入院时间不同将患者分为观察组和对照组,各150例。对照组使用伤湿止痛膏治疗,观察组使用麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗,对比分析2组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生率及安全性。结果在总有效率方面,观察组使用麝香追风膏治疗后,总有效率为94%,对照组伤湿止痛膏治疗后,总有效率为80.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在不良反应发生率方面,观察组患者不良反应发生率为2.66%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论麝香追风膏穴位贴敷治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果更佳,不良反应发生更少,能够在短时间内促使患者更快恢复身体健康,临床应用价值较高,可进行广泛推广和使用。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupoint application of Shexiang Zhuifeng plaster in the treatment of cough af-ter common cold. Methods 300 cases of patients with cough after common cold were selected in our hospital from February 2015 to June 2016. According to the time of admission, patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 150 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupoint application of Shangshi Zhitong ointment, and the observation group was treated with acupoint application of Shexiang Zhuifeng plaster. The curative effect, adverse reaction rate and safety of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 94 % and 80.67%respectively, and there was a significantly difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group was 2.66% and 8% respectively, and there was a significantly difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The acupoint application of Shexiang Zhuifeng plaster in treating cough after common cold has better effects and less adverse reaction, and can also make the patients recover more quickly in a short period of time. It has a higher value of clinical application and can be widely popularized and used.
