摘要 目的:评价多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)测量心周脂肪体积(PAT)与冠状动脉粥样硬化之间的相关性。方法:选择湖南省新田县人民医院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的42例冠心病患者作为观察组,同时选取健康正常人38例为对照组,分别采用多层螺旋CT对其进行检验,评估PAT与冠状动脉粥样硬化程度的相关性。结果:观察组PAT、心外膜脂肪组织(EAT)及胸壁下脂肪厚度(CWFT)均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),1支、2支及3支病变的观察组FAV、EAT及CWFT均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且FAV、EAT及CWFT与硬化程度明显相关性比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:PAT与冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的发生相关。 Objective Toevaluate the Relationship between the relationship between pepicardial adipose tissue and coronary artery atherosclerosis with dual source CT. Methods 42 cases of Coronary heart disease patients were collected and as the observation group,38 healthy people were selected as the control group, Multislice spiral CT were used to examine the correlation between PAT and coronary atherosclerosis. Results The level of FAV,EAT and CWFT were higher in the observation group than those of health group(P〈0.05), and the level of PAT, EAT and CWFT were higher in the One,two and three lesions of the observation group those in healthy group(P 0.05); And FAV,EAT and SWIFT were significantly correlated with degree of sclerosis(P 0.05). Conclusion PAT volume has positively correlated with severity of coronary artery disease.
