在研究生思想政治理论课"2010方案"实施背景下,针对目前研究生思想政治理论课教学评价还不够完善、不够科学的现实,优化评价方案要坚持四个总原则,即方案的导向性、方案的可行性、方案的可操作性和方案的简约性,并针对思想政治理论课教师教学评价的实施方案和研究生学习评价的实施方案分别进行细节性优化和调整。
